As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. Our Shopify stores are also connected with Mailchimp in order to transfer email subscriptions from one platform to another and collect statistics. To do this, Mailchimp have installed a tracking snippet on our website.
When someone visits www.beadservices.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
When you buy products from our online shop, then we will need to collect some personal details from you in order to process the order and get the products sent to you. We will pass on your name, address and phone number to a courier to deliver the goods. We are selective with couriers and will only choose companies that are GDPR compliant.
